    This is a teaser for the film which will be shown to launch the Sunderland Literature Festival 2015 on Friday 2 October 2015 from 6.30pm at Sunderland Minster. Showcasing Sunderland's vibrant past using archived footage, join us for a trip down memory lane from the 1900s to the present day... with plenty of surprises along the way. The film has been compiled by the North East Film Archive and Sunderland City Council's libraries service.

Co-Curate is a project which brings together online collections, museums, universities, schools and community groups to make and re-make stories and images from North East England and Cumbria. Co-Curate is a trans-disciplinary project that will open up 'official' museum and 'un-officia'l co-created community-based collections and archives through innovative collaborative approaches using social media and open archives/data.
