  • Description

    3-17 October 1959. Two Shillings. An exhibition arrnaged by the Town and Country Planning Association and the fifteen New Town Development Corporations. Donated by a German friend in pre-eBay days. He must have visited it. Very fine typography, simple but stunning. Foreword by Harold MacMillan, Prime Minister, who was responsible for twelve of them. The fifteen are Basildon, Bracknell, Crawley, Harlow , Hatafield, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage, Welyn Garden City, Corby Cwmbran, Newton Aycliffe ,Peterlee . East Kilbride, Glenrothes and Cumbernauld.
