    Union Jacks lined the streets and a crowd of hundreds looked on as the Second Battalion, the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, staged a traditional homecoming parade. The soldiers marched through the Northumberland towns of Morpeth and Ashington yesterday, following their recent return from war-torn Helmand Province.
