    Michelle left school in July 1983. She started straight away as a Admin/Clerical worker on a YTS training scheme until December 83 where she found a full time job at R & J Ince Ltd, which was a Timber/Upvc Builders Merchant where she joined as a Office Junior and stayed there for 12 Years and improved her Career on from Junior to Clerk then onto Office Manageress. She then left in April 1995 after having her first child Ross in 1994 to wanting to only work part time so moved to Gateshead and South Tyneside Health Authority where she worked as a Financial Services Officer until January 2002 where she and her children Ross and Caitlin born in 2000 moved over to Saudi to be with her husband and children's father to be more of a family unit. In August 2002 Michelle and the children came back home to Newcastle as the chidlren never settled in Saudi and also Michelle then found out she was pregnant with her third child Kieron who was born in April 2003 she then stayed at home as a full time mam until January 2009 where she went back to work for NHS at South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust and is now a Expenses Officer working part time.
