The Hopping's is a treasured memorable place in the North East for me and my Dad because when I was little he used to take me there every year and he used to take me on loads of different rides. He took me on rides like the ghost train , the waltz, the caterpillar, the teacups and the froggy hopper. In between we went to the food and drink stand for a little snack now and then as well as some sweet treats like candyfloss and sugary sweets. One time we went when I was about 7 or 8 and I was to young to go on the claw ride so I stayed with my Mam and sister while my Dad went on by himself. After he spun round 9 or 10 times the ride got stuck and he was dangling in the air for ages. When he eventually got down we all went home after a long day of fun.
