Plessey Woods

  • Description

Why I (Freya Darling) love Plessey Woods These pictures are special to me because I go there often and it is amazing! When I was there my dad found a leech and told me all about it. I still remember that day. As you can see I went there when I was little! I really enjoy going to Plessey Woods because it makes me happy. I love walking with my family in a wondrous wood not knowing what I will come across. My family have come here since they were my age and they still love it. My mum used to come here regularly in the holidays with her family. My dad also takes me because it is local and it is healthy for us and we can have a lovely chat when we are there (We can talk about some weird things.) It is a big place and there are different routes so you can be alone. It is a great place to play hide and seek! It is fun and people can come there for some peace and quiet. People like to come here for some exercise and to walk their dogs. There is a river so people can come and fish for unknown species. People also like coming so they can spot some rare birds such as the Great Spotted Woodpecker. I love going and I hope more people will come!
