Old and New

  • Description

Alcan Wind Farm. 13 of these 120 metre high turbines have been built at Lynemouth in SE Northumberland. Castle Morpeth Council refused to grant planning permission in 2007, but this decision was overridden by the Government partly because it will not damage a landscape already dominated by huge industrial structures. For once I just might agree with them.
