Beamish Museum founder director Frank Atkinson with objects, c1971

  • Description

We have launched our campaign to collect 20th Century objects as part of our exciting future development plans, which include a 1950s town and farm. To mark the Great Donate, we recreated an archive photograph of Beamish’s founder, Frank Atkinson, instead showing current director Richard Evans surrounded by objects from the 1950s. http://www.beamish.org.uk/join-the-great-donate!/" >Click here to find out how to get involved,
