    Full title reads: "Northumberland Plate won by Coup de Roi". Gosforth Park, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne and Wear. Various shots of crowds at racecourse for Pitmen's Derby. Lots of shots of glamorous, fashionably dressed women. M/S of board with horses names in. Various shots of horses and jockeys preparing for race, we see them being led onto the track. M/S of gate going up, there are only 7 horses in the race. Various shots of race. Nice M/S shots of people looking through binoculars. M/S of winning horse, Coup de Roi, being led off track.
