They are going to fairground at racecourse. People are seen dancing, carrying banners, various bands are seen parading. Crowd seems to be happy. Tony Greenwood addresses the crowd at racecourse. Leader of the socialist opposition, Mr Hugh Gaitskell is there - he is seen applauding after Mr Greenwood's speech. Various shots of the miners and families having fun at fairground. Youngsters are seen jiving.
