This item has no title. "MofI GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL" BLACKOUT - TRAILER. A man comes into a cafe quite shaken - he was nearly knocked over by a truck in dark. Another man, a lorry driver, comes in complaining about almost knocking over a man in a dark. Several shots of conversation between the lorry driver and a man whom he nearly knocked over in the dark. They explain the necessity for pedestrians to use proper torches in the dark.
