    Titles read: "MofI - GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL". Several shots of soldiers travelling on trains. Soldiers walk up the gangplank to board a troopship. A train transports tanks. Commentator talks of this war being a war of transport. Raw material arrives at a weapon factory. Nice shot of workers (mostly women) arriving at the factory. We are urged to "Keep the lines clear for waging war". Sequence showing people boarding trains and buses as we are told every time we use transport we are using fuel that is required for war. A small schoolboy stands at a London bus stop. He looks at the three-ha'penny coins in his hand and decides to walk instead.
