Description
Rick Liddell traffic warden / cartoonist. Newcastle, Tyne and Wear. MS traffic warden, Rick Liddell, booking a car at expired meter in Newcastle street. Various shots of Liddell, at work in his bedsit as he draws his latest cartoon strip which he contributes to the "Warden's World", the trade paper for traffic wardens.
