    The Upper Coquetdale film group started making short films during the 1970s, with a focus on the landscape and people of the Coquet Valley. This series of DVDs featuring films produced by the Upper Coquetdale film group have been digitally re-mastered to DVD from the original 16mm film now housed in the Northern Film and Television Archive. Tells the tale of 'Black Rory', infamous maker of illicit whiskey, and his numerous attempts to escape the excise man amidst the wild and beautiful landscape of the Coquet Valley.
