    Item title reads - Wonderful engineering feat. 1300 ton cargo steamer "Richard Welford" which capsized and sunk at quayside, raised in 3 hours. Newcastle, Tyne and Wear. M/S of the liner on its side, water is pumped from the front and side. M/S of the pumps. Intertitle - 'Mighty pumps emptied her of water at the rate of 2800 tons per hour.' C/U of the pumps with water pouring out from different valves. L/S of the ship slowly turning the right way up. M/S of men on the steamer.
