    Type : Photograph Medium : Print-black-and-white Description : A view of City Road Newcastle upon Tyne taken c.1920. In the foreground there is a bank with a low wall running along the edge. A brewery dray is parked on the bank and is delivering barrels of beer to the Barley Mow pub which is on the other side. The pub is part of a row of houses to the right of the bank.
