The photograph shows a C class tram no.77 which is service no.30 Gosforth-Low Fell-Gateshead. The second tram is a B class no.279 which is service no.10 Central Station-Gosforth. A man is cycling along the road in the foreground and a group of people are walking across the road. Buildings can be seen on either side of the road.
