    Type : Photograph Medium : Print-black-and-white Description : A view of the Redheugh Bridge (1871) taken in 1898. The photograph has been taken from the Newcastle side looking down the bridge. A section of one side of the bridge has been fenced off as work has begun on its reconstruction. A man with a flock of sheep is waiting to cross the bridge.
