    Type : Photograph Medium : Print-black-and-white Description : A view of Two Ball Lonnen Fenham taken c.1905. The photograph is looking towards the junction with the West Turnpike (now the junction of the West Road and Two Ball Lonnen). One of the lodges of Fenham Hall is on the left-hand side. The two ball finials on the gate posts gave the Lonnen its name. Collection : Local Studies Source of Information : The ball finials were later removed to Whitfield Hall near Allendale the home of the Blackett-Ord family.
