    "Carved stone post by the A66, in parish of Bowes (Teesdale District), Huland Quarry, The Street, East of entrance, on grass verge, on North side of road. Greta Bridge stone, erected by the Middleton-tyas Lane to Greta Bridge & Bowes turnpike trust in the 19th century.
