Trough Heads

  • Description

"Wainwright describes Trough Heads as a farm - but he published his Pennine Way bible many years ago, and things have changed. It does, however, stand at the northern end of the Bowes Loop where the National Trail walkers have a choice of routes - the longer one taking in the village of Bowes." Photo by Chris Heaton, 2017.
