    "The memorial was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, also the designer of the Cenotaph, on Whitehall in London. It's located at a bend of the A595 where there's a junction with the road to Ravenglass. The trees beyond are in Grove Plantation." Photo by Trevor Littlewood, 1997.
