Description
"The bathhouse consisted of five parts, a plunge pool, the "Frigidarium" (cold room), "Tepidarium" (warm room) and "Caldarium" (hot room). These four rooms made up the rectangular building in the forefront and are listed from left to right as seen. Behind them is a separate round room the http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/546613 properly known as a "Laconicum". For a plan see http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/546616" Photo by Rob Farrow, 2007. -
