    Taken from the approximate location of the curtain wall, the ditch is visible to the extreme left, with a hawthorn tree beyond it, but has been almost completely ploughed out, although its course its marked by the fence line and hedgerow heading obliquely up to Newtown on the skyline. Looking NE Handbook pp.335–6
