Hotel. Dated 'HT 1904', altered. By JY McIntosh. For Henry Tyson (plan). Red brick with red ashlar sandstone to ground floor and to dressings, graduated slate roof. 3 storeys with attic, 2:3:3:2 bays; bays 1 and 2 flat the rest set on curve, outer bays broader. Chamfered plinth, channel-rusticated ground floor; principal bay divisions have 3-storey pilasters....
