Old Boundary Marker

    "Parish Boundary Marker beside a footpath in Heugh Wood, Ebchester. Hedley parish. Inscribed N (Newlands and Whittonstall) and H (Hedley). The Inscription matches other stones on the former boundary of Newlands and Hedley parishes (and now on the boundary of Shotley Low Quarter and Hedley parishes).
