Remains of medieval cross south of Walwick Grange

    "The cross consists of a rectangular sandstone socket stone measuring 0.9m by 0.75m, well embedded in the ground but standing to a height of 0.18m. Within the central socket hole stands a stone shaft 0.33m by 0.25m and 0.6m high with its top broken off and weathered. There is a description here: [[4305245]]" Photo by Andrew Curtis, 2015.
