"Solstice Heritage LLP was commissioned by Knarsdale Estate Ltd to produce a Heritage Impact Assessment in relation to the impact of a proposed development at Knarsdale Hall, Slaggyford, Northumberland. The property of Knarsdale Hall is a Grade II listed building (formerly Burnstones Farmhouse) with the associated outbuildings falling within its curtilage. The proposed development involves the creation of a bocce court, croquet lawn, an open sided pavilion, wine cellar and the addition of French doors to the rear of Knarsdale Hall itself. The most significant heritage assets within the immediate vicinity of the site are considered to be the three other listed buildings closely adjacent....."
