    "The new footbridge over the South Tyne River on Isaac's Tea Trail was opened on 16th October, 2020 by Northumberland County Council. Designed to withstand the impact of flood debris of logs up to 3 tons at 10 mph. Ekki otherwise known as Red Ironwood a hardwood from West Africa has been used for the top section."
