    The memorial is attached to the outside wall of the church and the inscription reads: Nigh this place lies ye bodies of Mable and Matthew children to Mr John Reed of Old Town they both dy'd Aprl ye 1st 1756 ye girle was 3 & ye boy 2 years old.
