The report incorporates an audit of historical landscape components and presents a synthesis of the overall chronology of the defined area. It identifies cultural heritage constraints within the area of proposed development and makes recommendations regarding further work required to evaluate or mitigate the impact of development. The report also includes consideration of cultural heritage sites adjacent to the development site with particular consideration given to those sites considered in the context of visual impact constraints...."
