The wheels are in motion for the redevelopment of a listed bus depot in Newcastle after it was placed on the market. Newcastle-based property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has been appointed to sell the Grade II listed Arriva depot in Jesmond , Newcastle, a large site that the firm expects to generate a lot of interest.....
