    "The 17th century front part and the 18th century rear part make up the Sun Inn which occupies the whole of the right side of Church Street. Listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1145761 Kirkby Lonsdale is a small town that developed at a crossing of the River Lune.
