    "Another of the West Riding CC milestones dating from 1893/94, in Cumbria since 1974. Almost hidden in vegetation on a very narrow verge just west of the bridge over the Clough River. SEDBERGH/6 MILES on the left face. HAWES/10 MILES on the right. Another milestone in need of cleaning and repainting. There is a hole in the top of the backing stone which may indicate an OS benchmark position. Grade II listed 1384041." Photo by Chris Minto, 2024.
