    "Terrace of miners' cottages. Dated 1892 in gables. Irregular courses of squared sandstone with quoins and ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with stone gable copings and grey brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 34 bays; each house 2 bays, except the end houses which have one front gabled bay and entrances in returns....A rare survival of a relatively unspoilt colliery row...."
