"Facilities to be provided at this Digital and Creative Arts Centre include a theatre, gallery, dance and music studios, recording and editing suites. The site in Strand Road was previously occupied by Swifts Mews http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4158595 and a redundant sports centre located in the former Drill Hall http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4158621 .
