Grey Street

  • Description

Nos. 110-116 Grey Street, Newcastle, is an Edwardian building, originally the Victoria Music Hall, and later a billiard salon. Then in 1914, the building was remodelled by White and Stephenson to become a cinema (initally Newcastle Picture House and in 1922 renamed Grey Street Picture House), which closed in 1940. The building is now occupied by the HSBC Bank.
