    "Grade II Listed late 18th century house. Fearon Fallows, Astronomer Royal, born here in 1788. The Cockermouth Nursing Home was founded in 1902 in Harford House, that had been donated to the town by a retired shipbuilder, Thomas Williamson. In 1988-89 Change of use was granted for use of the ground floor as office with 1st floor residential presumably for Derwent Gallery And Mineral Museum.
