    "Free-standing square villa of early C19, buff sandstone ashlar, with cornice band, moulded top cornice, plinth, and Tuscan end pilasters. 2 storeys. Front has recessed centre bay containing an entrance with 2 Ionic columns in antis, and a balustraded balcony and square piers to 1st floor window. A 3-light sash window on each floor at each side of entrance. Return sides have 4 windows on upper floor, and 2 below. Omit rear wing. Said to have fully detailed plaster cornices in interior. Good Greek Revival essay...."
