    "West Newton Hall, early 19thC, Grade II Listed. Mixed red and yellow dressed sandstone, with pilastered quoins and eaves cornice, on chamfered plinth. Hipped graduated greenslate roof with red sandstone chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Plain boarded door under intersecting-glazing-bar overlight in plastered surround with false keystone.
