    "House, mid C18. Rubble with roughly cut dressings; C20 pantile roof with two courses of stone slates to eaves. Main part two storeys, two wide bays. Central old plank door inside early C20 gabled porch with depressed round arch; built in above arch are a stone dated 1836 with chip-carved panel and a triangular slab with worn relief cross, possibly medieval. ...Old ceiling beams....Originally Bat House, a farmhouse...."
