"This roadside stone farm building forms part of the larger steading at Broomhouse. Much of it was built in the 19th century and is grade 2 listed. This building on the roadside, according to the listing statement ( https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1042417 ) has a cart shed on the ground floor with a granary above."
