Murthwaite Halt, Cumbria

  • Description

"An isolated halt on the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway. My plans did not include a trip to this halt, but it proved preferable to my planned route, where mud did its best to remove my walking shoes! Luckily, I had only 20 minutes to wait before the last 'up' train of the day." Photo by Peter Trimming, 2013.
