"House and shop. Circa 1790, refronted in mid C18 style in mid C19. Brick with ashlar dressings to front; Westmorland slate roof. Three storeys and attic. First and second floor of two bays with single quoins; and sash windows in architraves, those on first floor with triple keystones and pediments. Modillion eaves cornice. Early 20th Century shopfront with enriched brackets. Twelve-pane sash windows to rear...." -
