Leece Tarn from a postcard dated 1904

  • Description

"According to the page on which I found it, the picture shows "Leece Tarn from a postcard dated 1904. The former Methodist church, taken down in the late 1920s, is the building on the extreme right. The enclosure in the centre used to form allotment gardens and a drying ground for the neighbouring cottages. The tarn itself has since been reduced in size..."
