"Dated 1894, designed by Hicks and Charlewood 1884-5. Weak Gothick design of 5 bays with short polygonal apse. Ashlar. Large 2 stage tower with corner turret to south-west. Crudely cusped tracery - 3 light with pointed arches on ground floor, 4 light in rectangular frame on 1st floor. Slate roof with crested ridge...." -
