Nab Cottage

  • Description

"Seen from across Rydal Water. The cottage dates from 1556 and has literary connections. It was once the home of Thomas de Quincey, a Romantic author of the Wordsworth era, and later of Hartley Coleridge, the son of Samuel Taylor Coleridge." Photo by Mick Garratt, 2009.
