Painted plinth and walls, the house on herringbone tooled coursed squared stone and the cottages on render; slate roof; ridges partly terracotta, and painted chimneys. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-window range; 2 cottages, (i) 2 low storeys, 2-window range and (ii) single storey, one window. House has central 6-panel door...."
