River Nent below Blagill

  • Description

"From Gossipgate to the Blagill bridge, the route along the River Nent (for pedestrians rather than kayakers who would be using the right of navigation on the water itself) is via the public footpath on the left (south) bank. Above the Seven Sisters waterfalls, the river occupies a wider, less wooded, and less geologically interesting valley, but with more extensive views than lower down." Photo by Andy Waddington, 2014.
