-
Description
"Dating from the late 16th century, the church is not dedicated to any particular saint. Construction is "stone rubble with slobbered mortar and slate roof" - English Heritage http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/Details/Default.aspx?id=74556 . The unusual chunky tower was rebuilt in 1848 - more historical information on Walkthefells website http://www.walkthefells.net/DIR.asp?DIR_ID=196 ." Photo by Rose and Trev Clough, 2011. -
